Her roles, including Program Chair, Program Director for Graduate and Doctoral Studies, Dean, and Education Consultant, have left an indelible mark in the education sector. Dr. Offutt’s innovative curricula, concentrations, and programs for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral studies have set new standards, ensuring alignment with industry standards and accreditation requirements. Her contributions extend beyond the classroom, as she has also chaired various university governance committees and played a pivotal role in accreditation and reaffirmation site visits for the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), Higher Learning Commission (HLC), and Project Management Institute-Global Accreditation Center (PMI-GAC).
